What is the standard production lead time?
Catalogue orders ship within 7-12 business days. Custom private label projects require 15-25 business days for plate engraving, printing and packing.
Can we request product samples before placing an order?
Yes, sample trade kits with technical data sheets (TDS) are dispatched via DHL/FedEx Express to verified commercial buyers and distributors.
What payment methods and terms are accepted?
We accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) and Confirmed Irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C at Sight) for full container load contracts.
